Jase Allen is a Utah attorney focusing on estate planning and asset protection

He is a native of Cache Valley, Utah and attended Logan High School. He went to college at Utah State University and graduated with honors in finance and economics. He then attended the University of Nebraska College Of Law where he studied wills, trusts, and estate planning. He is an attorney-member of the Utah State Bar’s Estate Planning Section.

Jase is also a third generation funeral home professional in the family business of Allen-Hall Mortuary. Being involved in the funeral industry has given him a unique perspective on the importance of having ones affairs in order through proper planning.

Prior to founding Allies Law FIrm he was an associate attorney at a firm in Salt Lake City, Utah and in Logan, Utah. He was recently named a top “40 under 40” attorney by a nationally recognized lawyer organization and volunteers with “Wills for Heroes” assisting law enforcement personnel with their estate planning.

Chris fell in love with negotiation back in law school. As a member of the Negotiations Team, he traveled across the country, competing and often finishing as a finalist (and sometimes winning it all). It didn’t take long for him to realize that negotiation wasn’t just a skill — it was his calling. He founded Guymon Law, which later evolved into the Conflict Resolution Center, to create something bigger than himself: a solutions-based law firm built on teamwork, empathy, and results.

Samuel A. Goble is a results-driven attorney with a broad range of experience. Licensed to practice law in Utah since 2008, Sam has extensive experience in criminal defense, commercial litigation, real property litigation, probate, and dispute resolution.

A Cache Valley native, Sam began his legal career as a public defender and insurance defense attorney before founding Avault Law in Salt Lake City. His commitment to serving his community brought him back to Logan, where he merged his practice with Mount Logan Legal to form Byington & Goble, PLLC.

Throughout his career, Sam has gained a reputation for delivering effective legal solutions across diverse practice areas, including business and employment law, personal injury, and contracts.

Paul’s journey into family law is not just professional; it’s deeply personal. And yes, it’s worth mentioning that Paul’s expertise in adoptions isn’t just professional acclaim – he’s the proud parent of three wonderful children, each adopted with boundless love and care.

Beyond the courtroom, Paul is a fervent enthusiast of college basketball, cheering on his favorite teams with the same zeal he brings to his cases. But his greatest joy comes from traveling with his family, exploring new destinations, and creating cherished memories together.

David Kerr is a Utah attorney focusing on estate planning, asset protection, and business succession. He brings over a decade of legal experience to his work helping individuals, families, and business owners protect assets, preserve legacies, and plan for the future with confidence.

Before joining the firm, David served as General Counsel to a private investment group, managing legal matters for more than two dozen affiliated entities. His work included advising on deal structures, drafting and negotiating complex contracts, and designing governance frameworks to support long-term operations. That experience informs his estate planning practice and his approach to drafting trusts and planning documents.

He earned his law degree from the J. Reuben Clark Law School and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, both from Brigham Young University. He is an active member of the Utah State Bar’s Estate Planning Section and Business Law Section.

David’s family has deep roots in Cache Valley, with several generations having lived and worked in the community. He values the opportunity to serve the region his family has long called home. Clients appreciate his practical advice, attention to detail, and ability to translate complex issues into clear, actionable plans.

Corinda is a family law and estate planning attorney who pursues practical solutions to help clients avoid and resolve conflicts. A skilled mediator and advocate, she excels at helping clients understand the legal process and achieve their goals.

Outside of work, Corinda’s best moments are with her family exploring a new hiking or mountain biking trail, trying a new recipe together, or managing what she calls her family science projects (beekeeping and gardening).

Austin Crockett is dedicated to helping clients navigate legal challenges with clarity and purpose. He pursued a career in law with a simple goal in mind: to help people in meaningful ways during important moments in their lives.

Austin earned his Bachelor of Science from Utah State University in 2021, graduating magna cum laude. He went on to attend the University of Oregon School of Law, where he was a member of the Oregon Law Review and earned his Juris Doctor in 2025.

Austin brings a thoughtful, client-focused approach to his work, striving to understand each client’s goals and provide guidance that is both practical and effective.

Diann has a passion for working at Allies Law Firm and handling family law cases. She started working in the court system as a Deputy Court Clerk in 2001 and loved her time in the courtroom, but she knew there had to be more than just listening to court cases. She then ventured into the Public Defender world as a Legal Assistant in Idaho Falls, Idaho, and she loved that work. She felt like she was really making a difference, which led her to paralegal work.

Diann has experienced many of the things that clients have experienced and some currently experience, and she remembers thinking through those times, “It sure would be nice if I had someone on my side that really understood what I am going through.” She truly has empathy for clients and their families and hopes that she can help make some of their most difficult roads a little smoother and make them feel like they do have someone on their side who understands.

She is a mother of three children and grandmother to nine grandchildren. She loves spending time with her family and her cat, Snuggles.

Tiffany is an experienced paralegal with 12 years of experience in the legal field. Specializing in Family Law including Paternity, Divorce, Adoptions, Probate, etc., Criminal Law and Expungements, and Estate Planning. She is known for her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage complex cases efficiently. Her dedication to her work and clients is evident in everything she does, from conducting in-depth legal research to assisting attorneys with case preparation. Outside of work, Tiffany is a proud mother who values spending quality time with her family and friends. She enjoys her weekends filled with laughter, relaxation, and creating lasting memories with loved ones. Her ability to balance the demands of her career and family life speaks to her commitment and organizational expertise.

Kristi recently returned to working in an office after spending several years as a stay-at-home mom. She worked as a paralegal before having children and always felt drawn to the idea of returning to the legal field. In addition to bookkeeping, she helps keep things organized and running smoothly behind the scenes at Allies Law Firm. Life can get a little hectic, but she enjoys the balance of work and family. She loves a good to-do list, organizing, listening to podcasts or audiobooks, and finding little pockets of calm in the chaos. When she’s not working or running around with the kids, you’ll likely find her spending quality time with family and friends.

As the Client Services Specialist at Allies Law Firm, Megan serves as a first point of contact and guide for clients navigating mediation and family law processes. She coordinates appointments, provides information about the firm’s services, and supports clients in understanding their options with clarity and compassion. Her goal is to make every person who reaches out feel welcomed, informed, and empowered.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling to new places and spending quality time with her family. These passions remind her of the importance of connection, understanding, and growth — values she brings into her work every day.
